Ok this is the first cast of my ironman helmet, made with smoothcast 320, this was origonally the same pepakura model in one of my other submitted deviants that was designed by sharkhead from the 405th.

If you wouldn't mind my asking what process did you use to cast this with the smooth cast? I've made the paper version of this but I always assumed you needed a physical mold to pour the actual smooth cast into.

Did you perhaps pour the smooth cast into the paper model itself? Absolutely awesome job by the way

OKay, quick question... I am making a Tron helmet, how did you rig it to open? I mean like what kind of hinges or whatever. [This is serious rad though man, I love how it came out.]

I'm confused... is this made in real life?, like a material thing? or is this just a 3D model? ... it looks AWESOME! ... but if it were to be real, damn... i would of buy one, haha!
