though this question gets really old quick i'll answer it again because I understand that people are always going to be new to this. Its EVA foam they are floor mats at a store called harbor freight but other stores like kmart also carry them, that is what my suit is made of and I just used my hands to form it but some people use a heat gun, tools:
exacto knife with lots of replacement blades the foam duels them quickly, dremal, hotglue gun and glue from walmart and a pen and paper patterns
