Ive been working on ironman helmets trying o get it more accurate this picture shows my origonal made from scatch and 2 others made from pepakura files from other members on the 405th that I started I think the middle one will be the closest

hi i am having trouble putting height and stuff can u help??? am 6 ft tall am starting on a noob saibot mk mask cause its small and its the first time making pepakura things thats the only problem i have man cause the other thing are a bit easier than putting the heigh correct and hoping the blueprints come perfect can u help??? awesome helmet man wow u must be proud of it wish i could feel like u right now lol also for the halo helmets cause am youst starting with a single mask cause its more easy soo for the helmet wich number is for heigh ??? like i said am 6 ft tall but i dnt quite understand and in 405th i cant search i already undertsand everythgin exept the heigh thats killing me

Middle one looks great man, nice work! Shark did a great pep job. Im just starting my Mk 6, i hope it turns out as good as yours!
..im working on arm and leg weapon hinge systems, so fingers crossed for Tutorial on 405th soon:)

We need a 405th ironman convention:P

what did you use to make it harden sir? i finished a pepakura helm but i dont know what material to use..plz help

fiberglass to harden and bondo car filler for detail work, and lots of different grades of sandpaper.

it can be, but after I make the pieces sometimes I'll mold them to that I can cast them in sturdy light weight plastic called smooth-cast 320

yeah i figured it too...but after the smooth on dry up, can u drill wholes in it using a drill? it wont break? i wanted to put a mechanism...
